1. The Challenge: Transforming the Fleet into Mobile Media
The primary objective of this project for Bimbo was to utilize the company’s extensive delivery trucks across Latin America as a powerful, high-reach communication medium. The challenge lay in creating a visual strategy that could simultaneously strengthen Bimbo’s institutional image and highlight its diverse sub-brands, ensuring a professional and cohesive look regardless of the different truck formats and sizes.

We developed a unified design framework that strategically prioritized the iconic Bimbo Bear as the central visual anchor, ensuring instant brand recognition on the road.
