1. The Branding Challenge: Modernizing an Iconic Global Brand
The primary objective was to execute a brand refresh for Bimbo’s core bakery line that would maximize shelf impact in a highly competitive category. The challenge lay in utilizing the brand’s most powerful asset—the Bimbo Bear—in a way that felt modern and functional rather than just decorative. We needed to create a visual identity system that communicated "freshness" and "softness" instantly, appealing to families and outdoor-grilling enthusiasts alike.

2. Our Design Process: Strategic Branding and Visual Pragmatism
Following an extensive market analysis, our team developed a design solution centered on "Visual Pragmatism." We optimized the placement of the brand blocks to ensure the Bimbo logo and mascot work in tandem to anchor the pack.
