Imaginity, design agency, partnered with Marinela, part of Grupo Bimbo México, to create the branding and packaging design for Triki Crunch, a new product extension within the well-loved Triki Trakes family. The goal was to maintain strong visual alignment with the existing line while highlighting flavor differentiation and product uniqueness.

The Challenge
develop the branding and packaging design for Triki Crunch cookies, a strategic extension of the iconic Triki Trakes family. The challenge was to create a distinct visual identity for this new product that highlighted its unique texture and flavor profile without losing the powerful brand equity and visual recognition of the original line.

The Solution
To achieve this, we developed a bold, high-impact packaging design that immediately captures the target audience’s attention. We used vibrant, contrasting colors, energetic typography, and asymmetrical flashes to create a sense of movement and fun—visual cues that reflect the playful spirit of the brand.
On the front of pack, the crunchy cookie takes center stage, emphasized in its new size and surrounded by an explosion of chocolate chips. This dynamic presentation adds excitement, reinforces appetite appeal, and communicates the product’s indulgent, crunchy texture in an engaging and unrestrained style.

The Results
The collaboration successfully introduced a fresh, high-energy addition to the Marinela cookies lineup. By maintaining a strong visual bridge to the parent brand while emphasizing product uniqueness, the new packaging achieved high shelf impact and consumer curiosity in store. Triki Crunch now stands as a cohesive and vibrant extension that strengthens the Triki Trakes family, appealing to both longtime fans and new consumers looking for a differentiated snacking experience.
