The primary challenge was to create a new brand identity and naming for a mixed-use urban development in a historically significant area of Miami. The project, Vizcaya Park, needed to feel modern and unique while also seamlessly integrating with its classic surroundings, including the nearby Vizcaya train station and the iconic Vizcaya Gardens Museum.

The Solution: Naming and Design for Integration
In collaboration with F3 Architecture, we developed the naming and designed the Vizcaya Park brand. Our solution centered on creating a visual identity that paid homage to the area's rich history and architectural heritage.
