Since it’s introduction to the market in 1985, Nintendo has been thrilling young boys and girls all around the world. In March 2011, Nintendo announced its new 3DS system, which allows you to watch 3D graphics without wearing 3D glasses. After Nintendo’s 3DS system launch, we were hired to develop and design in-store and BTL materials to activate the brand.
Based on the idea of selling fun as a product itself, and associating it directly to the brand, we came up with a campaign appealing to the concept of sharing that fun with others, and buying a Nintendo as a present in particular.
The materials were displayed in stores and included images of Nintendo’s most famous characters, such as Mario and Zelda, to draw the attention of fans.
